What we collect
- Enquiries: your name, company, country, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, and the part numbers and message you send through the contact form.
- WhatsApp, phone and email: the details you share when you contact us. Messages on WhatsApp are also covered by the privacy policy of WhatsApp (Meta).
- Website statistics: to learn which parts and pages interest our visitors, we record page views, searches on this site, and clicks on our WhatsApp, phone and email links, with the page language, the approximate location (country and city) that Cloudflare derives from your connection, the device type and the website that sent you to us. A random code, kept only while your browser tab is open, links the pages of one visit. When you message us on WhatsApp from the site, a short reference such as “Ref: K7Q2M” is added to your message, so we can see what you were looking at. We do not store IP addresses for these statistics, and they use no cookies.
- Google Analytics: if analytics is switched on, Google Analytics 4 collects information about how the site is used — pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and clicks on WhatsApp, phone and email links — using cookies.
- Security: Cloudflare, which hosts the website and runs the Turnstile spam check on the contact form, processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and block abuse.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry, send quotations and handle orders.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
- To protect the website and the contact form from spam and abuse.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that run the website for us: Cloudflare (hosting, security and the database of our website statistics), Resend (delivers contact-form messages to our mailbox) and Google (analytics, if switched on).
- WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to contact us on WhatsApp.
- Banks, shipping companies and authorities, where this is needed to complete an order you place or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and correspondence for as long as needed for our business relationship and as required by UAE law — normally up to five years after our last contact, as for our other business records. Website statistics are kept for up to two years.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@mokcorporation.com. These rights follow UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
Cookies
The website itself does not need cookies to work. Our own website statistics use no cookies: the visit code is kept in your browser’s session storage and is deleted when you close the tab. Google Analytics, if switched on, sets its own cookies (such as _ga). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
